Each participant in the conference must be registered and the registration fee paid. One regular
registration covers the publication of a maximum of three papers in the conference proceedings (main conference or workshops). At least one author of each paper must be a regular registration
- the student registration only applies for students accompanying an author with a regular registration, or without a paper. In the registration form, state for main conference ID-number of paper and title of paper, and for a workshop, state acronym of workshop and title of paper. If two or more co-authors of the same paper(s) participate in the conference, they must all be registered and the registration fees paid. You do not have to be an author to attend. If you are not an author, please follow the registration process and leave the “paper(s)" field blank.
The registration fee (both categories, Regular or Student) includes participation to workshops, tutorials, and to the main conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, social events, and conference dinner.
We would appreciate timely registration for the conference, because it helps us organise the catering and schedule the program. The registration site will remain open after October 1st, but the Earlybird discount will not be available anymore. The registration site supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment by other credit cards or by invoice is not supported.
The Conference proceedings will be published by Springer after the conference. Payment of the registration fee is required for a paper to be presented at the conference and included in the Springer proceedings.

All cancellations received before and on Monday 30th September will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
All cancellations received before and on Sunday 10th November will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation after Monday 11th November.
Cancellations should be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Registration Office before Monday 11th November.
